  • All goods that leave the Monkey Business warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. ‬But mistakes can happen, ‬and at Monkey Business they are committed to your satisfaction.
    So‭, ‬if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, ‬simply return it to Monkey Business in its original condition within 30‭ ‬days from receiving and they shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. ‬If they determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on their parts, ‬they will also refund the delivery charge.
    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail support@monkeybusiness.co.il with a photo image of the damage, if possible. 

    Returning Unused Items by Mail‭:‬

    • Please email support@monkeybusiness.co.il‭ - ‬let them know your order number, ‬the item(s‭) ‬that you are returning and the reason for the return.‬

    • Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the account originally used or an exchange‭.

    • State the delivery address for your exchange‭.‬

    • Please make sure to package the return securely in the original box and include any paperwork‭. ‬Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service‭. ‬

    • If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost.‬
