All goods that leave the Monkey Business warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. But mistakes can happen, and at Monkey Business they are committed to your satisfaction.
So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to Monkey Business in its original condition within 30 days from receiving and they shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. If they determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on their parts, they will also refund the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail support@monkeybusiness.co.il with a photo image of the damage, if possible.
Returning Unused Items by Mail:

Please email support@monkeybusiness.co.il - let them know your order number, the item(s) that you are returning and the reason for the return.

Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the account originally used or an exchange.

State the delivery address for your exchange.

Please make sure to package the return securely in the original box and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost.

As a condition for receiving a refund the items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original product packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
